Anyone remember the game Z?
If you remember it, you remember that it was one hell of a good game, the game mechanics of flag capture for resources and unit combat are very similar to Company of Heroes, for many small but significant reasons.
Basically...I'd love to make a CoH Mod based as closely to the original title as possible. The sound effects are flat files so easily copied over. The Skins would require some work. And figuring out a way to have robot factories would require some hacking I'd imagine.
Anyone else out there in the world see the existing similarity between CoH and the original Z title? (And want to make a mod)

Z is a real-time strategy game released in 1996 for MS-DOS, PlayStation, Sega Saturn and Windows. It is about two armies comprised of intelligent robots fighting to conquer several planets.

Z became very popular amongst strategy fans and in 2001, a modern 3D-accelerated sequel was published by EON Digital Entertainment (http://www.giantbomb.com/eon-digital-entertainment/65-2348/). The sequel was called Z:Steel Soldiers (http://www.giantbomb.com/steel-soldiers/61-3869/), differentiating itself from the first game. Unable to satisfy the expectations of fans, the sequel was criticized for adapting modern RTS mechanics that were very different from the first game.
