this is another good map by Peeriddle, that i found on gamereplays.org (http://www.gamereplays.org/community/index.php?showtopic=443531):

Here's a map I've been working on for almost a week now. It seems pretty much finished but I need to have it balanced. I'm sure there are a few problems, but I havn't played any competetive games on it (only tried skirmish). As far as that goes though, the skirmishes were as fun as any other map.

Map rundown:
-each base is surrounded by 3 strat points, which allows the player to 1) not get cut off easily -like in angoville 2) allows for several different capping paths in the beginning of the match.
-The focal point of the map is near the center, where there are 2x +10 fuel points and a VP... The 2 fuel points will probably change.. thats where I see the biggest issue.. (maybe not though, let me know)
-There are several buildings around the map, but each one is flankable and for the exception of a couple have blindspots to hinder their campability. If they dont have blindspots then they simply don't have as big a strategic value..
-There are no +16 resources (in advace of OnkleSam) which spread the resources out over the map and creates a wider range of important hot spots on the map.
-many flanking possiblilities, not only with buildings, but with every position on the map. Upon playing skirmishes, the AI was constantly harrassing from many direction, and it's very hard to manage a 'line of defense.'
-oh, also the atmosphere changes.. sometimes its gloomy and overcast and at other times its very sunny and bright.
