Hey,

Any one here know how to use 3DS Max 9?
Im am making models for a Mod (I am calling it "Company of Heroes Modern Warfare Mod")
so far, i have done: Ak 47 (Stockless) and Desert Eagle (GOLD)
I need help for the Ak 47, I forgot how to add textures and add materials
As you will notice in the Screen Shot, it has preset Textures and Materials, but i dont know how to get them working!? AHHHH help me please
Also, i need members for a modding team
I need another Modeler and he/she also needs to know how to do animations Also, need to know how to convert these models and animations, plus also i am thinking of using Css Ct's and Terrorists and CoD4 Marines and Terrorists
as well as Vehicles
Sound effects
Map Maker (i'd really like to use Henry666 for this :) )
and scriptorz
and what ever needs to be done as well, this is my 1st time... so i hope iot goes well :P
I am making the weapons atm, i also need peoples ideas for infantry, vehicles and weapons.
Also i can do some vehicles like the F18 and Abrams And Leopard, not to mention F10 Falcom and also i need someone that can make a M82A1 sniper... i really suck at that :( or i could just download one :P

there are some very nice tutorials in 3dsmax itself about this basic stuff.. did you really make those models yourself btw?

anyways.. if the model already has uv-coordinates, you can apply a modifier uv-unwrap and edit the map.

Ok, i have decided not to make this modern warfare mod, some one is already making on, but theyre models are very incorrect, and they are using flamethrowers... wtf and they are saying Airborne, army and marines are diferent America dosnt have an army only marines and the airborne is part of the marines... any way
Decided to stop, im going to continue making models, any one know where i can find the Infantry Models for CoH?

Trust me guys, the_icalator is absolutely king with models and graphic design, he one day leant me his usb drive for something or other, and i went into the models folder, and swore my head off. Not just s**ty models, but extremly well detailed models, honestly this guy deserves some extremly well payed job on some island with like cruise ships or some crap. Ok, maybe that wasn't so correct, but the first part was. LOL. Anyway, i can't make models for crap, so don't go asking me. Instead ask the_icalator! Have fun guys.
