Turtle Mod
This is a no-rush gamemode, where you can relax and build-up defenses before the real battle begins.

Usage
Select the "No Rush" gametype under "Win conditions".Game Rules
Territory is divided equally at the start of the game.
Squads will auto-retreat if they enter enemy territory during the no-rush period.
All weapons are disabled during the no-rush period.
Squads cannot capture new territory during the no-rush period.Enjoy! :-)

This is one kick ass mod. A while ago I tried to download your (older version) mod but realized that it wouldn't work for OF. I even tried to reinstall to the version it was flagged to work for (so like without OF - only CoH) - but sadly enough it would not work.
I am so glad that you did it again for OF!
Really I did not need much more!
I am playing single player (multiplayer is too stressful), and I just love the idea of your mod. Its a lot of fun!
Well done - and thanks for the hours over hours of work you put into that. I personally really appreciate that.

One question I got though:
Is there any possibility for me to manually -up- the "peace"-timer. Like from 20 minutes to 30 minutes?

thanks :)

no, cant' do that.. we currently don't have an UI editor.. but i could add some more options if you need that.. maybe 30 and 60 minutes? (although 1 hour seems a bit too much.. lol :D )

I'd say 30, 45, and 60 minutes would be a good addition.

I know i am new to modding, having only really started playing CoH a couple of days ago after playing for about 2 months after it was released, but is there anyway to run Turtle Mod and Cheat Mod at the sametime? i Have test each individually and they work great, but when i try -modname CheatMod -modname TurtleMod i only get cheatMod to work. Thanks for any help!

Edit: Fixing my bad grammar.

just copy the cheatmod files to turtlemod directory (with subdirectories) and add -dev, so target looks like this: "C:\Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\RelicCOH.exe" -dev -modname TurtleMod -nomovies

for CheatModMP it's a little more difficult, but possible.. copy the files as before, but now you need to edit TurtleMod.module:

[data:common:01]
folder = TurtleMod\Data
archive.01 = TurtleMod\Archives\TurtleModData
archive.02 = TurtleMod\Archives\TurtleModArt
archive.03 = TurtleMod\Archives\TurtleModSound
archive.04 = TurtleMod\Archives\TurtleModArtAmbient
archive.05 = TurtleMod\Archives\CheatModMPData

but beware that both players need to make these changes, otherwise: sync errors.. also never use -dev for online play!

Actually, i rarely play online so i was good with just the single player one. I like seeing if i can build enough defense to survive 3-4 hard computer's assault. Worked like a charm, thanks Bucky

It says to enter 'no rush' under win conditions. Where do I find the win conditions screen?

Thanks,
Warren

I replaced the module with the one you attached, and changed the shortcut to -mod, doesn't work for me.

Anything I can try?

By the way, under Win Conditions, there's VP, Annihilate, and just a blank, unselectable space - is it meant to be there perhaps?

it should say "No Rush" under win conditions.. select that and start game.. maybe you're missing the TurtleMod/Locale file.

These are the files I've got, relative to the CoH Dir:

TurtleMod.module
TurtleMod.txt
TurtleMod\Archives\TurtleModData.sga
TurtleMod\Locale\English\TurtleMod.English.ucs

That first file is updated to the one you attached earlier, others were put in place by the executable installer.

I'm also on XP as well.
