Hey guys, i was wondering how to install skins W/out using DEV...

I used to have a skin wich i used to put here, didn't need -dev for it.

C:\Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\WW2\Data\Art\models\races\axis\soldiers\sha red_textures
