Sorry but does anybody know where i can find a DoD:S map maker engine because i cant find one.

maybe not, but itīs a better place to ask your question, there are a large forum there, seems like a good place to start instead of a coh forum.

Download "Source SDK" in Steam (In the Tools tab.)
Hammer is the official Source map editor.

Those are for CS:S, but works the same for DoD:S.

This is the last time ill ask for something about different game. Doe's anybody know about any small mappers communities for DoD:S that IS ENGLISH Please!!!
